Love at the Lab: Valentine's Day Dinner

Experience the allure of Ada’s chefs’ finest creations during a four course, prix fixe dinner at Tle Lab. Blend romance with brilliance (and a cocktail or two) as you dine in our intimate venue and delight your senses with our all-vegetarian, custom, Valentine’s Day menu featuring:

Haute European Cuisine

Amuse-bouche Trio:

Avocado toast (Pink Peppercorn and Micro-julienne Radish), Farm Egg Salad Toast, Polenta Bite (Roasted Tomato, Pesto)

Note: Gluten free versions will be on cucumber slices, except polenta which is gluten free.

Course 1: Soup

  • Roasted Butternut Squash with Saffron

  • Sweet Potato, Rutabaga and Pear w/ cardamom creme fraiche

Course 2: Salad

  • Endive with Walnuts, Bleu Cheese, Pomegranate, Walnut Vin.

  • Roasted Beet with Candied Orange, Manchego, Marcona Almonds, Micro Greens, Citrus Vin.

Course 3: Main

  • Vegetarian Duck Egg Carbonara with Mushroom Bacon (King Trumpet), Peas, Grana Padano. Pasta Handmade with Love by Ada’s Chefs Alan and Helen

  • Brussel Sprout Risotto with Grana, Meyer Lemon, Tarragon, Thyme

Course 4: Dessert

  • A Selection of Creations from the Mind of our Head Baker, Helen

Wine pairings, a full bar and specialty cocktails are available beginning at 6:00pm, dinner will be served at 7:00pm. Hurry and get your tickets, seats are limited to 18 guests.
