Carl is the User Assistance Manager for Office Project at Microsoft Corporation. He is a certified Project Management Professional with extensive knowledge of Office Project as well as specific usability issues.
Carl Chatfield and Timothy Johnson are the authors of every version of the popular Microsoft Project Step by Step going back to Project 2000.
Tim is a program manager at Microsoft who has extensive experience with Microsoft Project, going back to Project 3.0. He is a former member of the Project User Assistance team.
